How do I know if I have a claim?
We will initially speak to you about your situation and  if we feel that you have a potential claim we will ask you to send in copies of the relevant documentation to enable our lawyers or claims handlers to determine if your case is viable,  They will then speak to you directly regarding the merits of your case and what would need to be done to progress your claim for timeshare compensation.
My maintenance fees are not up to date?
If you have fallen behind on the payments for your timeshare you may still be eligible to make a claim.  Each owner’s situation is different, we would need to speak to you directly to establish the exact position with your maintenance fees, and what actions the resort has taken regarding the outstanding fees.  In some cases, it is possible to take forward cases where fees have not been paid.  If you are in this situation, it is important to act quickly-the longer you leave things the less chance there will be of you being able to make a successful claim.
I no longer have my timeshare can I still make a claim?
Possibly, we would need to know the full details of your situation to let you know if you are still entitled to pursue a claim.  It is best to act quickly as certain types of claims do have time limitations.
I can´t find my documents, can I still make a claim?
